We are looking for reliable General Laborers to join our sidewalk crew for the winter season. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping walkways, storefronts, and building entrances safe and clear during snow and ice events.

Responsibilities:

- Shovel snow from sidewalks, building entrances, steps, and ramps
- Operate snow blowers to transparent designated areas
- Spread ice melt and salt on walkways and high-traffic zones
- Work as part of a crew to complete routes efficiently
- Follow safety procedures and site-specific instructions

Qualifications:

- Physically able to perform repetitive shoveling and lifting in cold conditions
- Willingness to work on-call, nights, weekends, and holidays during winter storms
- Dependable and able to report promptly when called in
- Prior snow removal or outdoor labor experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
