Duties

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and technology sales to effectively sell items.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Support bilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- A passion for technology sales and an eagerness to learn about new products.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Must have a valid food handlers certificate.
