Arctic Spas Ottawa is seeking a retail associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide customer service, assist customers with product selection, handle transactions, and test Spa water.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Assist customers with product selection.

-Operate cash register and assist customers with purchases

-Maintain product displays and stock shelves.

-Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

-Ensure a clean and organized store environment.

-Test Spa and pool water (training provided)

Requirements and Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent preferred

-Previous retail experience preferred.

-Customer service and communication skills

-Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

-Able to work weekends.

-Ability to approach and interact with customers.

-Basic computer skills (operating computerized cash register, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
