We are seeking a Behaviour Technician to join our team and play a key role in delivering individualized, evidence-informed behavioural supports. Working under the direction of a Behaviour Clinician, Clinical Supervisor, or Senior Behaviour Clinician, you will help implement personalized treatment plans (PTPs), collect and monitor data, and support clients in achieving meaningful goals.

What You'll Do

Client Support & Service Delivery

- Implement Personalized Treatment Plans (PTPs), behavioural protocols, and programs as directed by the Behaviour Clinician, Clinical Supervisor, or Senior Behaviour Clinician.
- Deliver interventions accurately, consistently, and in accordance with established treatment protocols.
- Collect, record, and monitor client data to evaluate progress and the effectiveness of treatment strategies.
- Organize and maintain client data in accordance with CFS Sync protocols and organizational standards.
- Contribute to ongoing assessment and treatment planning by accurately documenting client responses and progress.
- Create detailed and accurate Behaviour Technician Session Notes following each client session, including interventions delivered, client responses, and relevant treatment adjustments.
- Help create and maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients and families.

Collaboration, Supervision & Professional Development

- Participate actively in monthly group supervision sessions, including case discussions, clinical learning, and professional consultation.
- Attend weekly clinical team meetings, accurately document meeting minutes, track decisions, and follow through on assigned action items.




- Participate in regular one-on-one supervision with the assigned Clinical Supervisor to review client progress, receive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth.
- Collaborate effectively with Behaviour Clinicians, Clinical Supervisors, Senior Behaviour Clinicians, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and strengthen clinical competencies.

Compliance, Safety & Professional Standards

- Maintain compliance with Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) standards established by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB), where applicable.
- Follow all organizational policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ethical requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and supportive setting for clients, families, and colleagues.
- Follow all applicable health, safety, and infection-control requirements.
- Safeguard client welfare and respond appropriately to health, safety, or behavioural concerns.
- Immediately recognize and report suspected abuse, neglect, or other safety concerns to the appropriate authorities in accordance with legislation and organizational procedures.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related experience is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated understanding of and empathy for individuals with developmental disabilities, with the ability to provide compassionate care, support, and advocacy for children, youth, adults, and families.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when collecting data and documenting client progress.
- Ability to work independently while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to achieving shared team and client goals.
- Ability to adjust working hours as required to accommodate client needs, assessments, appointments, and team meetings.
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and high standards of practice.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, email, and cloud-based systems.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout New Brunswick to meet client needs in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.

Additional Requirements

- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Clear and current Driver's Abstract.
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverage.
- Clear Criminal Record Check.
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Social Development Check prior to employment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Fluent in written and spoken French.
