Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Repack Supervisor to lead our repackaging operations within our warehouse. This energetic role involves overseeing daily repackaging activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow. The Repack Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily repacking and value-added service operations within a 3PL warehouse environment handling liquor, alcohol, and bottled goods. This role ensures that repacking activities (e.g., relabeling, bundling, and reconfiguration) are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Repack Supervisor provides hands-on leadership to repack team members, maintains quality and safety standards, and supports production targets while safeguarding product integrity, especially for fragile and regulated goods. The Repack Supervisor is accountable for delivering the daily production schedule and for performance against defined KPIs for schedule attainment, throughput, pack and label accuracy, breakage, and labour efficiency, reporting results at each shift handover.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise daily repacking activities (manual and automated pick line), including labeling, kitting, reboxing.
- Ensure proper handling of fragile bottled goods to minimize breakage and damage.

Production Schedule Adherence

- Execute the daily and weekly repack production schedule, sequencing work orders and labour to meet committed start and completion times.
- Confirm labour, materials,



and equipment availability against the schedule before each shift and escalate constraints to the Operations Manager before customer service is affected.
- Record downtime, delays, and root causes for any missed schedule commitment (equipment, material shortage, quality hold, absenteeism) and include them in the shift handover report.

Quality & Compliance

- Conduct quality checks to verify correct packaging, labeling accuracy, and product integrity.
- Maintain documentation and traceability for lot/batch-controlled and regulated products.
- Achieve and sustain the pack and label accuracy target.

Team Leadership

- Provide direction and support to repack team members.
- Promote a positive, safety-first work environment.
- Generate and distribute daily and weekly performance reporting (schedule attainment, units per labour hour, pack and label accuracy, breakage, shrinkage, stock levels) to the Operations Manager.
- Provide actionable insights to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce losses.
- Lead a start-of-shift huddle covering the day's production plan, prior-day KPI results, and safety topics.

Inventory

- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure accurate product and material usage.
- Track repack materials (cartons, labels, dunnage) to avoid shortages or overuse.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or material issues promptly.
- Reconcile actual repack material consumption against planned usage per work order and report variances outside tolerance.

Process Improvement

- Identify inefficiencies in repack processes and suggest improvements.
- Support implementation of best practices for productivity, quality, and safety.

General Responsibilties

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including safe handling of glass and liquid products.




- Initiate RAIDE reporting process and report variances and incidents to management immediately.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of repack workstations.
- Maintain detailed and organized records for all inventory-related activities.
- Ensure safe handling practices for fragile and high-value bottled products.
- Work within tight deadlines and high-volume operational demands.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in repacking, kitting, or value-added services.
- Previous leadership or lead hand experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience handling alcohol, beverages, or fragile goods is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
- Demonstrated experience working to production schedules and measurable KPI targets in a high-volume environment.
- Comfortable using WMS reporting and spreadsheets to track, analyze, and communicate performance data.
- Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50lbs).

Working Conditions:

The work setting is primarily a warehouse environment, and office environment. Using computers, other office equipment, RF Scan Guns, MHE equipment and working variable hours or overtime may be required.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires physical effort that includes periods of prolonged sitting, walking, standing, carrying, pushing, pulling, lifting, balancing and use of ladders and MHE equipment. The role may involve outside environments which includes uneven terrain, snow, rain, heat, cold, and icy conditions. Inside conditions may include dust and noise. Limited travel may be required.
