We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality customized designs on a variety of fabric products. Your expertise will ensure precision, efficiency, and consistency in every embroidered piece, contributing to the overall excellence of our products. Duties

- Set up and calibrate embroidery machines according to specific design specifications and production requirements
- Operate multiple embroidery machines simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime
- Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to prevent malfunctions
- Maintain accurate production records, including job logs and quality reports




- Collaborate with design teams and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of embroidered items

Qualifications

- Prior experience in embroidery highly preferred
- Familiarity with embroidery machines, software, or related equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision and quality control
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly
- Valuable physical stamina for standing, bending, and repetitive tasks during shifts
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols
- Must be comfortable working an afternoon shift 3pm to 11pm
