At Sunshine Leisurescapes, we believe in enhancing our customers’ health and well-being through the rejuvenating power of heat and water therapy. Our spacious, inviting showroom showcases the world’s leading spa and sauna brands, cold plunge tubs, and swim spa systems.

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect product for their needs, lifestyle, and budget. While prior experience in hot tub or sauna sales is an asset, it’s not required—our comprehensive training program will provide all the tools and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

In this dynamic role, you will engage directly with customers in our showroom, respond to online and phone inquiries, and develop additional leads through proactive business development (e.g., connecting with home builders).

Key responsibilities include:

- Guiding customers through product benefits, features, and options
- Preparing and following up on quotes to close sales
- Participating in promotions and events to drive showroom traffic and sales




- Assisting with showroom presentation to create an exceptional customer experience
- Engaging in ongoing sales and product training to stay ahead of trends
- Building business relationships to expand sales opportunities
- Working Saturdays to meet peak customer demand

What You Bring

- Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- A passion for learning and professional growth
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tech-savvy mindset—experience with CRMs or sales platforms is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
