Summary of Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator – Product Costing to support our Product Development and Sourcing team.

This is a hands-on administrative role focused on entering, updating, organizing, and verifying product and costing information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, and able to manage a high volume of detailed information with accuracy.

Previous apparel or costing experience is an asset, but not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with data entry and eager to learn our products, systems, and costing processes.

Reporting to: VP Product Development & Sourcing

Responsibilities

- Enter and update product costing information in company systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate cost sheets for apparel styles, including product, material, freight, duty, and related information




- Input pricing and costing information received from vendors and internal teams
- Review entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Update existing records when pricing, materials, freight, or other information changes
- Maintain organized historical costing records and product information
- Compare information across spreadsheets, vendor documents, and internal systems to identify discrepancies
- Follow up with internal teams or vendors when information is missing or unclear
- Enter and maintain vendor information, minimum order quantities, lead times, and other product-related data
- Assist with preparing basic costing, pricing, and margin reports
- Support the Product Development and Sourcing team with spreadsheet updates and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate information within Excel and company systems
- Assist with ongoing data cleanup and process improvements
