Penticton & South Okanagan | $30–$38/hr + Overtime

Samberito Landscaping is looking for an experienced, capable person to join our team for the 2027 season.

We're looking for someone who enjoys operating equipment, is confident with trucks and trailers, takes pride in their work, and brings a positive attitude to the job every day.

THE POSITION

- $30–$38/hour, based on experience and ability
- Overtime paid
- Full time, Monday–Friday
- Approximately February/March through November/December
- Opportunity to return season after season
- Varied landscape construction projects throughout the South Okanagan

Our work includes Retaining walls, paving stones, excavation, grading, irrigation, planting and complete landscape construction projects.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal person is someone we can eventually trust to take the truck, trailer and excavator and get the job done.

You should be comfortable:

- Driving work trucks and towing/backing equipment trailers
- Operating a mini excavator safely and efficiently
- Loading, securing and transporting equipment
- Excavating, grading and working around construction sites
- Working physically alongside the crew when not operating equipment




- Working independently and taking responsibility for your work.

Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who is positive, friendly and comfortable socially. You should communicate well with coworkers and clients and contribute to an enjoyable, professional work environment.

We value respectful language and a positive attitude and want to keep our jobsites free from excessive swearing, negativity and unnecessary drama.

A valid driver's licence and good driving record are required.

Experience in excavation, civil construction, hardscaping or landscape construction is preferred, but you don't need to know every aspect of landscaping.

This is not a lawn-maintenance position. We're looking for someone who wants to become a key member of our landscape construction crew and return with us year after year.
