Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for managing kitchen operations. Duties

- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow during service hours.
- Train and mentor team members on cooking techniques, food safety standards, and customer service practices.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Oversee cash handling processes, including managing the POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus, specials, and promotional events to enhance customer experience.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations.

Skills

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the kitchen or restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
- Proficient in using POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in cooking or culinary arts is highly desirable but not mandatory.
