Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our agile team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, performing a variety of physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, and site preparation activities. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools or supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks as directed
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and correctly under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of tools and equipment




- Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to keep the work area tidy and compliant with safety standards

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting
- Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the work site is preferred
