Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our agile team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on food preparation, sanitation, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining food safety standards, and providing memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food safety procedures such as proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Support team members in various restaurant functions as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards and food safety protocols

Pay: $16.14-$17.00 per hour
