We are looking to fill dispatch shift Thurs +Friday - 9-6 then sat + sunday 6am-6pm. must have knowledge of Calgary roads and locations

The responsibilities for this position is to help answer drivers and update customers. Must be able to work on a computer, there is growth within the company.

- AAA Towing is a growing local towing and equipment moving company that has Immediate opening for a dispatcher that wants to join a team that is service and people driven. We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher

The ideal candidate will have the desire to help people, have knowledge of the city, work well under pressure, be able to multi task as well as be open to continually learning and developing new skills. Previous experience is an asset but is not a requirement if you have the personality and positive attitude we are looking for to help us grow. .

Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions

Receive and dispatch orders

- Enter data in computer system
- Requirements
- Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods
- Fast typing with experience in data entry




- Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgement and critical thinking
- High school diploma
