Albatross Indoor Golf & Billiards is a modern, high‑energy recreation facility offering premium golf simulators, billiards, excellent food, and exceptional guest service. We’re gearing up for our fall season and are looking for enthusiastic, guest‑focused individuals to join our team.

Position Overview
The Guest Experience Server plays a key role in creating a welcoming, memorable experience for every visitor. This role combines food & beverage service and preparation with light support for golf simulator and billiards operations. If you enjoy fast‑paced environments, great conversations, and helping guests have fun, this is the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

- Guest Service — Greet guests, take orders, deliver food & beverages, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Facility Support — Assist guests with simulator setup, billiards table access,



and general questions.
- Food & Beverage Standards — Maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and uphold Albatross service expectations.
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with other staff to keep the facility running smoothly during busy periods.

Requirements

- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Valid Food Handler certification
- Weekend availability
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
