Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our fast-paced distribution team.

The Logistics Associate plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations for key client accounts within our 3PL warehouse environment. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics, including order fulfillment, EDI order processing, inventory tracking, and carrier coordination. Serving as the primary bridge and Customer Service Representative between client requirements and warehouse execution, the ideal candidate will leverage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and problem solving/analytical tools to ensure seamless inbound/outbound operations, high inventory accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Account & Order Management: Coordinate and oversee logistics for key client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- EDI & Documentation: Manage EDI transactions, generate and review Bills of Lading (BOLs), handle Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs), and coordinate necessary customs clearance documentation.
- Inventory Control & Auditing: Track inventory levels using WMS tools, conduct regular audits to resolve discrepancies, and ensure high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Vendor & Carrier Coordination: Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and external partners to schedule and optimize inbound and outbound shipments,



proactively resolving delays or operational issues.
- Performance & Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data and key performance metrics to identify trends, evaluate workflow efficiency, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Warehouse Collaboration: Partner with internal operations team members to optimize warehouse layout and organization for efficient product storage and retrieval.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by adhering strictly to company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Industry Experience: Proven experience in 3PL warehouse logistics, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced computer skills, with solid expertise in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite.
- Supply Chain Documentation: Hands-on experience managing EDI processing, ASNs, BOLs, and customs documentation.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability to interpret logistics data, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with client accounts, internal teams, and external carriers.
- Organization & Agility: Strong organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict shipping deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
