Overview

MAXPower will provide one dedicated on-site Maintenance Technician to support day-

to-day facility repair and upkeep, with a focus on resident experience, equipment

uptime, and preventative maintenance.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform basic cosmetic repairs

Painting & touch-ups

Minor drywall patching

Tile replacement & grout repair

General building repairs

Door lockset adjustments, tightening, hardware fixes

Fitness equipment support

Troubleshoot & repair cardio & strength equipment

Electrical component checks & diagnostics

Electrical troubleshooting (asset)

Confident use of multimeter for issue identification

Support with pool & spa maintenance activities under senior technician guidance

Training & Oversight:

Technician will receive one week of hands-on training from Senior Technician Matt,

ensuring seamless onboarding to all pool/spa SOPs and equipment maintenance

protocols.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English – written & verbal

Strong technical/mechanical aptitude

Experience diagnosing and repairing fitness equipment

Comfortable performing cosmetic and light trade repairs





Electrical competency preferred; able to use multimeter

Skilled, reliable, and resident-service focused

Service Deliverables:

Maintain fitness equipment uptime

Prompt response to resident service requests and onsite directives

Preventative checks and maintenance logs

Immediate escalation of major repair needs

Weekly check-ins and reporting to Senior Tech

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
