Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massages.
- Assess clients’ needs through effective communication and develop personalized treatment plans to maximize benefits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up services or self-care routines.
- Keep detailed records of each session, including client preferences and treatment outcomes.




- Communicate clearly with clients to ensure comfort and address any concerns or special requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices to continually enhance your skills.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a licensed Massage Therapist with valid certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to better understand client conditions.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to create a positive, relaxing atmosphere for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment options.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends if needed.
