Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently to ensure smooth seating flow
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS, ensuring timely delivery and quality service
- Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, attentiveness, and professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including setting tables and ensuring all stations are well-stocked
- Handle guest inquiries courteously over the phone and in person, providing detailed information about menu items and specials
- Process payments accurately using TOAST POS systems while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and bar team to deliver a cohesive dining experience
- Uphold all safety standards,



including proper alcohol service protocols and hygiene practices

Skills and Requirements:

- Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant settings with a strong focus on guest services
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Must have TOAST POS experience before applying
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced teamwork environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Personal phone etiquette and customer service skills that foster positive guest interactions
- Experience with serving techniques, food presentation, and beverage preparation
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards, including alcohol service regulations and health safety protocols
- 1+ year of previous work experience in a restaurant environment
- Must have valid Serving it Right certificate
- Must be able to work in a dynamic team environment
- Must be reliable, punctual and presentable
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
