The Joel Olson Mortgage Team is hiring a part-time dialer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to real estate agents and inviting them to our engaging in-person lunch-and-learn education events held across Western Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, supporting professional development, and contributing to the growth of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a curated list of real estate agents to make initial contact

- Place outbound calls to introduce our educational events, explain their value, and extend personal invitations to agents

- Accurately log call responses, track RSVPs, and confirm attendance in our system

- Maintain a professional and positive representation of our team at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:




- Excellent communication skills and a solid, confident phone presence

- Comfortable handling rejection and staying positive throughout calls

- No prior mortgage industry experience required; comprehensive training provided

- Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

- Ability to work flexible hours during weekdays to accommodate event schedules and agent availability

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an asset but not required

- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
