Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for preparing orders for production using CAD, CAM, and ERP software, enabling our Operators to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time salaried position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Produce shop drawings using CAD software
- Utilize CAM software to generate G-Code programs for CNC Machines
- Navigate ERP software for inventory availability and assignment
- Prepare Work Order packages for Machine Operators
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize machining processes if necessary

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
- Proficient in using CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines
- Knowledge of operating CNC machines, drilling and milling machines is a plus




- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Steel product knowledge is an asset
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
