We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with Pakistani cuisine and is comfortable working in a busy restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of Pakistani dishes
- Experience with BBQ and tandoor cooking
- Prepare and cook tandoori naan
- Assist with daily kitchen preparation and food production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Assist other kitchen staff when needed

Requirements

- Previous experience cooking Pakistani cuisine
- Solid cooking skills and knowledge of Pakistani dishes
- Experience with BBQ/grill and tandoor
- Able to make tandoori naan
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable, punctual,



and hardworking
- Must be able to speak Urdu and English
- Punjabi is an asset
- Restaurant experience is preferred

Experience: Pakistani cuisine, BBQ/tandoor, and naan making required.
