Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Full-Time Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services while providing outstanding customer care. Your creativity, communication skills, and dedication will help clients look and feel their best, all within a lively and supportive setting.

Duties

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and treatments.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering professional recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a protected and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Engage in retail sales by suggesting hair care products that complement clients’ styles and needs.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.




- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks, aftercare instructions, and product suggestions.
- Assist in maintaining the salon’s organized appearance and uphold high standards of sanitation throughout the workspace.

Experience

- At least 3 years of experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect easily with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and products.
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling hair products is a plus.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and front desk operations is preferred.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
