Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Previous experience in food and beverage service, especially in a restaurant or hospitality setting, is highly valued. Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and billing
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to alcohol laws
- Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts




- Assist in serving food items when required, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially in bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and beverage preparation techniques is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old (if applicable based on local laws)
