Warehouse & General Laborer

Express Employment Professionals – Red Deer is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse & General Labourers to support a variety of client operations throughout Red Deer and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work in warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, and general labour environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Loading, unloading, sorting, and moving materials within warehouse and worksite environments
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
- Assisting with inventory organization, warehouse cleanup, and material handling
- Operating in a safe and efficient manner while following company policies and procedures
- Supporting general labour tasks including site preparation, cleanup, demolition, painting, and industrial maintenance activities
- Assisting tradespeople, warehouse teams, and project crews as required
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to various worksites
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check, including DUI-related screening
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying,



and performing repetitive manual labour tasks
- Strong attention to safety and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse, material handling, or general labour experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, order picking, or inventory control
- Forklift certification or experience is considered an asset
- Experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or distribution environments
