- Job Title: Manufacturing Machine Operator (CNC or Industrial background)
- Location: Balzac, AB
- Base Pay: $24.44 per hour
- Employment Type: Full time, Long term
- Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 3:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Night Shift: 3:30 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Equipment Operation: Run plant machinery efficiently to convert raw materials into hardscape concrete products ready for the yard stage.
- Warehouse & Manual Support: Perform general manual work and carry out other warehouse duties as instructed around the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect product quality continuously against company standards and check for consistency or abnormal appearances.
- Records & Inventory: Assist the team in maintaining accurate production and inventory logs.
- Monitoring & Malfunctions: Watch over machine performance closely to detect and report any equipment abnormalities to a supervisor or lead operator.
- Setups & Line Changes: Perform machine cleaning, setups, and structural line changes during job adjustments.
- Housekeeping: Keep the assigned manufacturing zone orderly, clean, and free of hazards.

Job Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing experience operating equipment (Experience with CNC machinery, automated production lines, or manual industrial equipment are all acceptable).
- Technical Skills: Ability to set machine stops or guides to specific lengths using rules or templates.
- Reading Aptitude: Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating instructions, and equipment manuals.
- Physical Demand: Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 60 pounds from floor level up to a 4-foot height and a willingness to perform manual warehouse tasks.
- Mandatory PPE: Must wear required personal protective equipment, including a hard hat, ear protection, safety glasses, and Metatarsal boots (safety boots with internal or external metatarsal guards).
- Transit: Reliable personal transportation to commute to the Balzac industrial area for early or late shift times.

Pay: $24.44 per hour
