Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled AUTO MECHANIC COACH AND TRUCK to join our team! We also would accept a 3rd year APPRENTICE.

- Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various vehicles and machinery such as trucks, excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm equipment, HVAC systems, and industrial machinery.
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical systems, mechanical components, and hydraulic systems efficiently.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment while maintaining strict safety protocols.
- Perform inspections on vehicles and machinery to identify issues early and plan effective repair strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance schedules, parts used, and service reports for accountability and future reference.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for welding, electrical work, power tools usage, and heavy equipment operation.

Qualifications

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and heavy machinery maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with excavators, cranes, forklifts,



farm machinery, HVAC systems, welding techniques, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical manuals effectively.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting tasks and operating heavy equipment safely.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach team members for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
