Shipping & Receiving – Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, loading, and shipping materials and products while operating a forklift safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
- Prepare and organize products for shipment.
- Verify quantities, labels, and shipping documents.
- Move and store materials safely within the warehouse.
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping and receiving area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Valid forklift licence/certification required.




- Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is an asset.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
- Valuable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Compensation

$22.00 per hour
