We are seeking an organized professional to lead security guard recruitment and support our sales and administrative

operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified security guards.
- Maintain an active database of available security personnel and coordinate staffing needs with operations.
- Verify Ontario security licences, certifications, and employment documentation.
- Prepare employment agreements, onboarding packages, and personnel files.
- Support sales administration, client correspondence, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and organize service agreements, contracts, proposals, and RFP submissions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and office management systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3-5 years of experience in security recruitment, security operations, or related administration preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Ontario security industry and guard staffing requirements.
- Experience recruiting for condominium, commercial, and construction environments.




- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Experience with contracts, proposals, and tender documentation is an asset.
- Robust organization, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You understand the security business, can identify dependable personnel, and are comfortable supporting office

administration and business development. Prior experience working for a security services company is strongly preferred.
