Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a strong ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Fluent Malayalam speaking ability is highly preferred.
- RIBO-licensed candidates are an even stronger asset.
- If you don’t currently have your RIBO license but have the right sales and insurance background, we’re willing to support and help you work toward obtaining your RIBO license.
- Solid knowledge of home, auto, and/or commercial insurance is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a sales environment.
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, in person, and through digital channels.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to turn leads into clients.
Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
