Location

Role Overview

At SafetyCoLabs, we're building the future of workplace learning and rethinking how businesses discover, evaluate, and buy the solutions they need. Learn more about SafetyCoLabs https://safetycolabs.ca/

We’re looking for a hands-on, builder-minded Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing engine. This is not a role where you inherit a polished machine. This is a build-it, test-it, improve-it opportunity for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, turn ideas into campaigns, and see the direct impact of their work on growth.

You’ll turn business priorities into campaigns, content, digital experiences, and systems that drive brand awareness, demand, and growth. You’ll lead a small marketing team, work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership, and use AI and automation to improve efficiency, scale output, and manage competing priorities. This is a build-and-improve role for someone who moves quickly, takes ownership, and is comfortable figuring things out as they go.

Why This Role Exists

This role exists to bring structure, strategy, and momentum to our marketing efforts - connecting brand, demand generation, content, digital, sales enablement, and marketing operations into one coordinated engine. This role requires someone who can see the big picture, make decisions, and then get into the details to make things happen.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:

- Marketing has clear priorities, plans, owners, and measurable outcomes.

- Campaigns are consistently launched, measured, and improved.

- Content is relevant, high-quality, on-brand, and connected to business priorities.

- Sales has the tools, content, and marketing support needed to move opportunities forward.

- Our websites and digital channels are actively managed and continuously improved.

- Marketing processes are increasingly automated, efficient, and scalable.

- AI is embedded into everyday workflows where it can improve speed, quality, insight, or efficiency.

- The marketing team is focused, accountable, and moving with urgency.

- Leadership has transparent visibility into what marketing is delivering and the impact it is having.

- Marketing becomes a reliable engine for brand awareness, demand, pipeline, and growth.
