Senior Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

What is in it for you:

- Salaried: $53-63 per hour.
- Incorporated Business Rate: $64-74 per hour.
- 12-month contract.
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Hybrid work with occasional on-site collaboration (up to 2 days/week) when required.
- Schedule of 9:00 am-5:00 pm, with occasional calls across different time zones.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) application assessments and readiness reviews across the enterprise.
- Gather and document business, security, and technical requirements.
- Analyze application inventories and validate ownership, scope, and MFA applicability.
- Facilitate workshops with application owners, architects, and security teams.
- Document implementation plans, dependencies, risks, and target dates.
- Support exception identification, remediation planning, and governance reviews.
- Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive materials.
- Track action items, risks, issues, and delivery progress through completion.
- Produce recommendations based on data analysis and stakeholder input.
- Support the transition of MFA governance processes into business-as-usual operations.

What you will need to succeed:





Required qualifications

- 7+ years of Business Analysis, Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or Technology Risk experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM or MFA transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of IT security technologies, including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Open Authorization (OAuth).
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large data sets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables, formulas, and data reconciliation.
- Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Preferred qualifications

- CBAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certification.
- Experience with Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, or Transmit Security.
- Knowledge of NIST, IAM governance, and security compliance frameworks.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in a large,



regulated enterprise or financial services environment.
