Plaintiff Personal Injury Tort Law Clerk

Location: Markham, Ontario
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Please note: This is not a remote position. Regular in-office attendance at our Markham office is required.

YS Law Firm is a boutique law firm in Markham specializing in personal injury law. We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Tort Law Clerk to join our litigation team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of plaintiff-side personal injury tort experience and will be comfortable independently managing files, monitoring litigation deadlines, preparing productions and undertakings, and assisting counsel throughout the litigation process, including discoveries, mediations, pre-trials and trial preparation.

dependable and confident managing plaintiff personal injury litigation files. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their files, understands the litigation process and is proactive in identifying outstanding issues and moving files forward.
