RentBolt is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-driven Leasing Operations Manager to lead our GTA leasing operations. Working alongside our CEO and SWP Regional Manager, you’ll recruit, mandate, and develop exceptional leasing agents, manage relationships with property owners and managers, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, delivers excellent service, and knows how to bring out the best in a team.

What You’ll Do

- Build your team: Identify, recruit, and engage exceptional leasing agents across the GTA.
- Develop your agents: Onboard, train, and coach agents to deliver strong results and a consistent client experience based on proven systems and HQ support.
- Represent the brand: Build trust with property owners and managers as their main point of contact.
- Review applications: Pre-approve and assess files for maximal chances of approval
- Manage client relationships: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, understand each client’s leasing priorities, and proactively address their needs.
- Lead daily operations:



Coordinate listing assignments, monitor leasing activity, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Own the systems: Keep the team organized, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure processes are followed.
- Drive performance: Track results, identify bottlenecks, and hold agents accountable while giving them the support they need to succeed.

What You Bring

- At least 2 years of experience in real estate, leasing, or property management.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- The ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable.
- Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple clients and priorities.
- Clear, professional communication and confidence handling client concerns.
- Comfort working with CRMs and digital tools.
