Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front End Loader Operator to join our team. This role is part of a two-man operation where you will operate a loader to mix sand and tailings together and stock pile as directed by WSP ( onsite Paste Plant Operators). The position demands a focus on safety, teamwork, and proficiency with heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate front-end loader to mix material.
- Collaborate with cross-shift loader operator and WSP Paste Plant Operator.
- Perform pre-operational checks on the loader and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with your teammate to coordinate tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience operating front-end loaders.




- Ability to work in a two-man team with strong communication skills.
- Surface Miner Common Core certification is an advantage.
- Physical ability to handle the work in a demanding setting.
