Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Developer Lead to lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, architecture, team mentoring, application integration, DevOps, and quality engineering to deliver secure and maintainable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable and maintainable full-stack application architectures using React and Spring Boot.
- Establish technical standards, development practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Optimize database performance and implement data security best practices.
- Lead React development initiatives, including component libraries, state management, and responsive UI development.
- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence.
- Oversee integration between front-end and back-end systems, including API contracts and data flows.




- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders on technical strategy and delivery.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, and deployment strategies.
- Establish unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies while ensuring application security and code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development.
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend and backend systems.
- Experience with Spring Cloud and enterprise application development.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and contemporary deployment practices.
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.
