Staff Plus is hiring General Labours to join a high-volume manufacturing operation.

In this role, you will perform light assembly, packaging, and taping of finished products while ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with manufacturing or production experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Day Shift- 7am to 3:30pm- Monday to Friday

Afternoon Shift- 3:15pm- 1:15am- Monday to Thursday
Location: Paris, ON

Your Responsibilities

- Perform light assembly and packaging of printed products in a fast-paced production environment.
- Apply tape and prepare finished products for shipment according to production specifications.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects before packaging.
- Assemble, sort, label, and pack materials to meet production and customer requirements.
- Load, unload,



and move products and materials weighing up to 30–40 lbs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area while following company safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Stand for the full duration of 8–10 hour shifts while performing repetitive tasks.
- Assist team members with general production and packaging duties as required.
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and health and safety policies at all times.
