We are a Montreal-based specialty retail store dedicated to jigsaw puzzles, family games, Lego, and more! Proudly serving the community since 1992, we have built our reputation on knowledgeable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a genuine passion for puzzles, games and great times together. We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Salespeople to join our team and help customers discover the perfect puzzle or game for themselves, their families, and their friends.

The Role
As a Retail Salesperson, you will be an important part of creating a positive shopping experience. You will welcome customers, learn what they are looking for, make thoughtful recommendations, and help them find products they will love. Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
- Helping customers choose jigsaw puzzles and family games based on their interests, age, skill level, and occasion
- Answering questions and explaining game rules and puzzle characteristics
- Operating the cash register and processing sales accurately
- Receiving, unpacking, pricing, and organizing merchandise
- Keeping shelves and displays attractive, organized, and well stocked
- Helping maintain a clean and inviting store, including all work areas, restrooms, etc.
- Assisting with inventory and other day-to-day retail tasks
- Staying up to date on new products and developing a strong knowledge of our selection
- Contributing to a positive, friendly team environment

What We're Looking For

- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in helping people
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- An interest in jigsaw puzzles, board games, family games, or toys




- The ability to listen to customers and make personalized recommendations
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a POS/cash register system
- Previous retail or customer-service experience is an asset
- Bilingual French and English is an asset
- Someone available to work weekday and weekend shifts
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and can bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a little fun
