Custom Metal Contracting Ltd. is family owned and operated company located in Calgary, Alberta.

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG and TIG welding, a solid attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials and projects

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

· Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards

· Maintain equipment and work area in good condition

· Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

· set up welding jigs and fixtures, assemble components accurately, and perform repetitive welding tasks while maintaining quality standards.

· Ensure parts are produced according to the daily production plan by following established procedures.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of welding experience in the past 3 years (MIG and TIG required)

· Ability to read and follow technical drawings





· Knowledge of safety procedures and proper PPE use

· CWB certification or equivalent is an asset

· Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
