Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing transparent estimates and timelines
- Schedule appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs with shop capacity
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell recommended services and maintenance plans to enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand vehicle repairs and diagnostics
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proven ability in sales, upselling services, and handling cash transactions confidently
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts inventory management, and dealership operations
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers of all backgrounds
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
