Several years coordinating civil or heavy construction work, with real ownership of scopes rather than administration of them

Comfort moving between cost,



schedule and contract administration without losing the thread of any of them
A habit of bringing solutions up the chain rather than problems
The curiosity to ask how the parts of the business you do not touch actually work

Above all, you want to become a Project Manager by being demonstrably ready, and you want to learn somewhere that will give you the chance to prove it.
