The ideal candidate has excellent sales and communication skills, is respectful and friendly with customers, and is comfortable taking initiative and working independently. This role combines retail sales, customer service, store operations, and social media content creation.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly, providing outstanding customer service and support throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical explanations to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and highlight featured products




- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Create engaging digital content such as photos, videos, and posts to promote store offerings on social media platforms
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains clean and inviting
- Handle basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management with precision
- Use excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers in multiple languages if applicable

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with a diverse customer base
- Proven experience in retail sales or technology product sales with a focus on technical demonstrations
- Strong merchandising skills to create attractive displays that drive sales
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette for remote inquiries or follow-ups
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to upsell products naturally by understanding customer needs and product features
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving a broader audience
- Basic math skills for transactions, inventory counts, and sales reporting
- Clear communication skills to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Experience in content creation using smartphones or cameras to produce appealing promotional material
