Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our team. This role is essential to supporting various operational tasks ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a energetic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

- Assist with moving materials and equipment as directed.
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely following established protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Experience

- Prior experience in manual labor or in food industry would be considered as an asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job site requirements
