As a Retail Manager, you will lead store operations and drive sales growth while playing a pivotal role in executing merchandising strategies and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and comprehensive retail management expertise to oversee daily store activities, inspire and manage staff, and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Supervise, lead, and mentor a high-performing retail team through effective recruitment, training, and ongoing development
- Oversee daily store operations, including POS transactions, scheduling, inventory, and workflow efficiency
- Execute merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and enhance visual appeal
- Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively resolving customer issues, addressing inquiries, and maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Support company marketing initiatives designed to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain immaculate organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management,



with proven supervisory experience in team leadership, training, and development
- Availability to work weekdays with occasional Saturdays as required for store coverage
- Strong background in merchandising, purchasing, budgeting, inventory control, and retail marketing strategies
- Excellent customer service skills, paired with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems, Prosoft (or similar retail software), and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), along with basic math skills for cash handling and pricing calculations
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
- A passion for farming and/or agriculture
