Late Run Delivery Driver (Evenings: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Reporting to the Delivery Coordinator, the Delivery Driver is responsible for medication deliveries to various locations within Toronto, Durham Region, Lindsay and/or Peterborough and ensuring that they represent Seamless Care in a positive manner at the client's home. Additionally, you will need to work very closely with the delivery coordinator(s) to ensure orders arrive on time and without error.

Responsibilities

- Work with a team of Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in collaboration with other teams to ensure clients receive their medication on time.
- Safely and efficiently deliver medications to homes and healthcare providers.
- Lead by example by demonstrating on a daily basis the core values of Seamless Care.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in compliance with company policies.




- Promote a positive company image by ensuring that appropriate and specified standards are maintained in all operating procedures.
- Availability will be required for 16-20 hours per week
- Keeping the Seamless Care delivery van in clean and respectable condition
- Able to carry 5-10lb weight for deliveries

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

- Must have a valid G license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 10 years of driving experience in Ontario, Canada.
- Must have weekend availability.
- Ability to forge partnerships with clients and caregivers.
- Customer service experience is an asset.
- Proven track record of strong driving skills.
- Must be resourceful, with problem-solving skills and a flexible attitude, capable of making decisions on the go.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to effectively represent Seamless Care in a high quality manner.
- Must provide a police clearance (issued within 6 months).
- COVID-19 vaccinated

Additional Information:

- The selected candidate will undergo an insurance check as part of the hiring process.
- Comfortable driving in downtown Toronto, GTA, Durham, Lindsay, and/or Peterborough.
- The candidate must have a clean driving record (no claims or infractions) and meet all safety requirements.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
