Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
- Assist customers with product inquiries, including product demos and upselling opportunities
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed to maximize sales potential
- Conduct basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, updating stock levels, and conducting merchandising tasks

Skills





- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store appearance
- Ability to perform product demos and effectively upsell to increase sales opportunities
- Multilingual capabilities to connect with a broader customer base and enhance service quality
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette when assisting customers or coordinating with team members
