Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Inbound/Outbound)
Location: Peel Region, ON
Job Type: Temporary (English)
Salary: $18.25/hour

Our client is currently seeking 2 experienced Customer Service Representatives to support customer interactions across multiple channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat.

Position Description:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Confidently engage with supporters and address questions, concerns, and requests
- Conduct outbound calls as required; telemarketing experience is considered an asset
- Accurately document interactions and follow internal processes
- Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment




- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals

Schedule & Hours:

- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday shifts may include:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport
- Previous customer service experience required
- Telemarketing experience is an asset
- Reliable, qualified, and adaptable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
