About the Role

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Automotive Service Advisor to join an automotive service team in Scarborough, ON.

This opportunity is suitable for experienced Service Advisors as well as candidates with experience in automotive customer service, parts, dealerships, tire shops, repair facilities, retail customer service, or automotive technician roles who are interested in moving into a Service Advisor position.

Automotive experience is an asset, but candidates with strong customer service skills and an interest in learning the automotive service process are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage repair orders
- Communicate with customers and technicians
- Explain repairs, estimates, and recommended services
- Provide updates on vehicle repairs
- Answer customer questions and follow up as required




- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
- Provide professional customer service

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in automotive, customer service, parts, dealership, tire shop, or repair shop is an asset
- Service Advisor experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic automotive knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Automotive service software experience is an asset
