What You'll Be Doing

Hands-on exterior renovation work — siding, decking, windows & doors, roofing — with occasional framing, flooring, or interior finish work. You'll maintain a clean, protected, organized job site, work independently or with a small team depending on the project, and use valuable judgment and attention to detail to get the job done right.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction or renovation, with a focus on exterior work (required)
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Working at Heights and WHMIS training an asset (or willing to complete before starting — we'll confirm which)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of the work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go, and is looking to stick around and grow with us
