Roles and responsibilities:

-Point of contact for all BOH along with KM

-Ensure successful opening/closing of the Kitchen, especially on your days off

-Ensure the kitchen is staffed appropriately each day, along with having on-calls in place

for special circumstances. Filling in whenever needed, or ensuring a replacement is in

place.

-All managers to be adaptable to fill in at any Stacked locations owned by Owner

-Assistant Manager must work a minimum of 40 hours/week; Must work Fridays,

weekends, Long weekends.

-Ensure the entire kitchen is following all food safety guidelines and Stacked procedures.

-Ensure appropriate chit times are maintained depending on sales/day. Monday - Friday

(under 10 minute chit times) / Weekends/Long Weekends (under 12 minute chit times)

-Ensure appropriate cuts are made while KM is off, filling in with KM if labour is not met

-Ensure Prep list is made everyday and appropriate Prep levels are in place for the





following day. Ensuring prep accuracy and to corporate spec

-Ensure all staff are cross-trained and provide ongoing feedback as necessary to upkeep

with Stacked standards

-Ensure inventory orders are placed on time and accurately twice a week (Pratts).

-Training and motivating new staff

-Sets up stations according to Stacked guidelines.

-Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by Stacked.

-Attend Weekly managers meeting

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
