Massage Square is a small business in Edmonton, AB. We are professional, agile, and supportive, and our goal is to bring the best in people wellness. We are looking for a receptionist/administrative to help our client ease their payment and help coordinate with RMTs.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients
- Booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Assisting clients to fill out any forms necessary.
- Insurance claims submissions.
- Communicating with health insurance and MVA providers if needed.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Maintain a high level of accountability
- Complete in-house laundry duties
- Closing shift including cleaning, checking slips, invoices, and filing PDF
- Maintain a high level of cleaning and look presentable in reception stationery,



client waiting area, shoes rack, and washrooms.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

- Details-oriented**
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills**
- Excellent in multitasking*
- A clean freak is an asset :D
- Knowing Janeapp booking & how to direct billing to health insurance is an asset.

Schedule:

- Opening shift is 8.30-3 or 4.30 pm
- The closing shift is from 2/3/4/5/6 to 9.30 p.m.
- We are busy every holiday.**
- Sunday shift 8.30-4 or 2-9.30
